Urban Rani Returns/Exchange Policy

Our jewelry items are handcrafted by artisans and thus each of these pieces are unique and may look slightly little different from the pictures. Our aim at Urban Rani is to
use premium quality material and make jewellery that reminds you of your inherent beauty and strength.

We have stringent quality checks and packaging protocols in place to ensure you get the correct item ordered in its best form. However, since the pieces travel a long distance, we understand that there could be some defects in very rare cases.

Goods once sold cannot be returned or cancelled. However, if you do receive a defective or broken item or are not completely satisfied with the quality of your purchase, we offer you the option to exchange the item.

Returns/Exchanges are accepted within 3 days from the date of delivery. Return window will be automatically closed after 3 days.

Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging, with all tags and labels
intact. The return request must include the original receipt or proof of purchase.

Certain items are not eligible for return, including:

  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Items purchased on sale or during promotional offers
  • Damaged items due to mishandling post-delivery

How to Initiate a Return/Exchange:

  1. Upon receiving your package, record an unboxing video, so that if there is any problem with the product e.g., damaged product/product is missing in the box /received wrong product, it will be easy for us to assist at the time you raise return /exchange request.
  2. Contact Us: Reach out to our Customer Care team within 3 days of delivery with your order ID and specify the reason for return along with the product video in case of damaged or defective delivery:
  3. Approval: On reviewing your request, if approved for exchange / replacement, a credit note and a reverse pick-up will be scheduled within 2-4 business days. Please ensure that the product you return is unused and in original packing condition. No request for return or exchange or credit note for the same shall be entertained beyond 3 days of delivery. 

Shipping and Refund Process:

  • Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or damaged.
  • Inspection: Upon receiving the returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the return criteria.

Important Notes:

  • Ensure the product is securely packed to avoid damage during transit.
  • Returns without prior approval will not be accepted.
  • If you think, you have received the product in a bad condition or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged before delivery, please refuse to accept the package and return the package to the delivery person.
