1. Will the jewelry tarnish?

  • Our water-resistant collection is made from stainless steel with a special PVD
    coating, which makes it more durable when exposed to water. However, this doesn’t
    not mean the gold plating won’t fade or tarnish over time- it slows the process.
    Thus, we recommend keeping all jewellery away from water, lotions, perfumes to
    maintain their shine and longevity.

2. How to handle or take care of the product?

  • To maintain the beauty of your jewels, avoid direct contact with perfumes, lotions
    and harsh chemicals. Store in a dry, cool place or in your UR pouch. Clean with a soft, dry cloth.

3. What payment options are available on your website?

  • We provide completely secure payment options and accept Debit Card, Credit Card,
    Google-Pay, Paytm, UPI. Further, we have partial Cash on Delivery (COD) option
    where you can order any number of items for Rs 200 only.

4. The payment got debited from my account, but I did not receive an order
confirmation. How to get this resolved?

  • This generally occurs due to a technical issue with the payment gateway. In case you

5. Is it pure silver?

  • Yes, the purity of our silver jewellery collection is 92.5, the maximum possible purity
    that can be attained while making silver ornaments.

6. What kind of materials and stones do you use?

  • It varies from product to product. You can go through the description of the product

7. How long does gold-plating on the Jewellery last?

  • The brightness of the gold finish on gold plated jewellery depends on a number of
    factors like usage, weather conditions (humid weather dulls gold finish faster) and
    appropriate storage.
    1. We provide up to 6 months guarantee for the gold plating on the jewellery.
    2. We advise you to use gold-dipped pieces occasionally and completely dry
    them of sweat /moisture along with storage in air-tight plastic covers.
    3. We gold plate our jewellery with 18-carat gold which gives it a real gold look.

8. Do you provide guarantee on your jewellery?

  • Yes, our gold plated and silver jewellery comes with a 6 month warranty.

9. Is your jewellery made in india?

  • Yes, we work with Indian artisans for our exclusive collections.


10. Can I shower or swim with anti-tarnish jewelry?

  • Yes, you can but it is still best to avoid salt water or chlorine for extended
    longevity.

11. Is anti-tarnish jewelry safe for sensitive skin?
